摘要
用60Co-γ射线辐射处理袖珍椰子后,研究辐射剂量与SOD、CAT、POD、PPO四种酶,以及可溶性糖、淀粉、蛋白质、类胡萝卜素的关系。结果表明,SOD、CAT、POD、PPO活性,可溶性糖和类胡萝卜素含量随辐射剂量增加而提高,淀粉含量基本不变,蛋白质含量与辐射剂量则呈负相关。在40 Gy处PPO活性及类胡萝卜素含量较高,在80 Gy处SOD、CAT、POD活性最高。SOD活性与辐射剂量呈显著正相关,CAT活性与蛋白质含量呈显著负相关。
Collinia elegans was treated by ^60Co-γ ray to determine the relationship between irradiation dosage and four enzymes, dissoluble sugar, starch., protein, carotenoid content. The results showed those, which were SOD, POD, CAT, PPO activity, dissoluble sugar and carotenoid content, were improved as irrdition dosage increased, the content of stardh kept. unchanged, but there was a negative correlation between irradiation dosage and protein. The PPO activity and carotenoid content were higher at 40 Gy, They have highest activity for the SOD, CAT, POD at 80 Gy, SOD activity and irradiation dosage had significantly positive correlation. CAT activity and irradiation dosage had remarkably negative correlation.
