摘要
借助实验仪器,通过统计分析胡子鲶对含有不同氨基酸或其相关化合物的两两混合物食物袋啄咬的次数,研究其对胡子鲶的引诱效果。结果表明:甘氨酸与丙氨酸、丙氨酸与缬氨酸、赖氨酸与1-氨基-2-萘酚4-磺酸的混合物对胡子鲶具有显著的引诱作用(P<0.05);两种氨基酸混合时对其各自原来的引诱效果有影响(P>0.05)。
The attracting effect of the mixed foodstuff containing different amino acids and relevant compounds to moustache catfish was studied by means of experimental instruments through statistical analysis of frequency of biting the foodstuff by moustache catfish. The results showed that the mixture of glycine and alanine, alanine and valine, lysine and 1-amino 2-naphthol 4-sulfoacid obviously attracted the moustache catfish（P〈0.05）. When twu amino acids were mixed, the attracting effect of each original amino acid was influenced （P〉0.05 ）.
