摘要
采用低聚丙烯酸钠和水溶性钛酸酯偶联剂对纳米氧化锌进行表面修饰改性,可以得到稳定性较好的纳米分散体系;再将该分散液经过浸、轧、烘整理工艺制得纳米氧化锌基棉织物。分析加工工艺参数表明,织物经纳米氧化锌用量10 g/L,浴比1∶30,浸渍15 m in,于150℃焙烘90 s处理后,紫外屏蔽效果显著提高,且白度增加,只是吸湿性和强度略有下降。
Surface modification has been carried out to nano zinc oxide with low sodium polyacrylate and soluble coupling agent of organic titanate to obtain stable dispersed nano zinc oxide system. The prepared solution was used to treat cotton fabric via immerse, pad and bake, and processing parameter has been analysized and discussed. The results show that the treated cotton fabric has good whiteness and ultraviolet shielding effect, under the condition of the dosage of nano zinc oxide 10 g/L,liquor ratio 1 : 30, immersing 15 min, baking at 150 ℃ for 90 s,while hygroscopicity and strength of the fabric are decreased, .
