CD44V6和nm23H1在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的探讨CD44V6和nm23H1在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴转移及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测88例乳腺癌组织中CD44V6和nm23H1的表达,分析其与淋巴结转移及术后生存期的关系。结果 CD44V6蛋白高表达和nm23H1蛋白低表达均与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。CD44V6高表达且nm23H1低表达的乳腺癌患者无瘤生存率和总生存率显著降低(P<0.01)。结论 CD44V6和nm23H1的检测对判定乳腺癌淋巴结转移均有一定意义,二者联合检测可作为判断乳腺癌患者预后的指标。 Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of CD44V6 and nm23H1 in breast carcinoma. Methods: The expression of CD44V6 and nm23H1 was detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 88 cases of breast carcinoma, followed by the further analysis on the relationship between their expression and the lymph node metastasis and the postoperative survival. Results: A close relationship was shown between the expressions of CD44V6 and of nm23H1 protein, as well as lymph node metastasis (P〈0. 01, P〈0.05, respectively). The patients with high expression of CD44V6 and low expression of nm23H1 had significantly low disease - free survival and overall survival(P 〈 0. 011. Conclusion: Detection o.f CD44 V6 and nm23 H1 may be helpful in determining the lymph node metastasis and combined detection of them may have prognostic value in breast carcinoma.
