肾病综合征患者TNF-α与IL-6水平变化及其意义 被引量：5

摘要 目的研究肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在肾病综合征(NS)患者中的水平变化及其临床意义。方法采用特异性酶联免疫吸附实验检测40例体检健康者,30例NS发作组和28例NS缓解组患者血清中TNF-α和IL-6水平及其动态变化。结果NS发作组TNF-α及IL-6水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)及NS缓解组(P<0.01),而NS缓解组TNF-α及IL-6水平与正常对照组差异无显著性。结论研究提示TNF-α及IL-6水平升高可作为NS活动性的检测指标。
