氯霉素滴眼液的一阶导数分光光度测定

摘要 氯霉素滴眼液中常含有抑菌剂尼泊金乙酯,对直接紫外分光光度法测定含量往往产生干扰。使用普通型(手动式)紫外分光光度计,结合作者开发研制的计算机导数紫外测定程序,经微机数据处理及图形分析,采用一阶导数分光光度法,不需提取分离,直接取样测定,就可消除尼泊金乙酯的干扰,便于快速分析。测定波长为298nm和302nm,在155×10-2~775×10-2mmol/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=099995),平均回收率和变异系数分别为10048%和054% The measuring accuracy of chloramphenicol content in its eye drops is influenced by existence of the ethyl p hydroxyhenzoate in traditional ultraviolet spectrophotometric method.A common ultraviolet spectrophotometer combined with computer program is given.By use of first order derivative spectrophotometry and data processing and graph analysis,an appropriate result not interfered with ethyl p hydroxyhenzoate is obtained at the 302 and 298 nm wavelengths from the direct sample.A good linearity has shown in measuring within the range of 1.55×10 -2 ~7.75×10 -2 mmol/L( r =0 999 95).The average recovery and the coefficients of variation are 100.48%and 0 54%respectively.
