摘要
提出了一种基于局部冲突分配策略的组合规则,冲突主要分配给产生冲突的焦元,且分配给焦元的冲突大小取决于焦元的平均信度和证据的可信度。计算结果表明,新的组合规则不仅能够解决高度冲突证据的组合问题,而且能够从证据中提取更多的信息,使组合结果更为合理。
In evidence theory based on the problem of prohability explanation, the combination rule is usually used in data fusion technology. But the result obtained by traditional combination rule of evidence theory is usually not in accordance with what people think when the evidences have high conflict. In ordet to avoid this defect, we put forward a new combination rule based the strategy of local distribution of conflict, i. e., the conflict is mainly distributed to those subsets which contribute to the conflict, and the distributed conflict value depends on the average belief value of the subset and the reliability of the evidence. Computation indicates that the improved combination rule can solve the problems caused by highly conflictive evidences as well as get more useful information from the evidences,which makes the combination result more reasonable.
