摘要 分析了四角布置切向燃烧锅炉水平烟道烟温、汽温偏差产生的原因,提出了防止这一偏差的对策。文中指出。将一次风或部分二次风、燃尽风射流与主体旋转气流反切是削弱这一偏差的一种有效手段,并根据实验结果提出,用反切与正切射流的旋转动量流率矩之比XJ这个无量纲准则数作为组织反切燃烧过程的基本判据。通常情况下,XJ应在0.6~1.20的范围内。 Abstract The reasons of flue and steam temperature deviations in horizontal flue tracts of four corner tangentially fired boilers are being studied and ways of preventing its occurrence suggested. The paper points out that a way of alleviating this deviation would be the introduction of primary air or part of the secondary air and the burn off air jet in a tangential direction countering the main whirling flow. Based on experimental results, the paper suggests to use XJ,which is the dimensionless ratio of the main tangential and counter tangential angular flow momentum, as;the basic criterion to be used for arranging the counter-tangential firing. Under general conditions, XJ should be in a range between 0. 6 to 1. 20
