摘要
探讨老年脑卒中后抑郁状况。应用汉密顿抑郁量表对38例老年脑卒中患者进行问卷调查,结果显示其中25例存在轻重不同的抑郁症状。针对老年脑卒中后抑郁症状,应给予早期康复护理、心理护理,并为病人提供相关健康教育和社会支持。
To probe into the blahs situation after elder brain thrombus. 38 cases were have questionnaire investigation using Hanmiton Blahs Table, the results showed that 25 of them had different degree blahs symptom. Early rehabilitation nursing and mental nursing should be give according to the blahs situation, and progive relative healthy education and social sustain.
