摘要
火电机组采用高参数(压力、温度)、大容量(功率)技术,可以提高发电效率,降低煤耗,控制CO2排放,减少环境污染,是目前国内外火电生产的发展方向。本文对高参数火电机组的国内外发展现状和前景,火电机组的关键零部件高中压转子材料及成形制造技术的发展状况,做了简要的叙述。
The use of high-parameter (temperature, pressure) supercritical or ultra-supercritical high capacity fossil plant can improve the thermal efficiency, decrease the consumption of coal, control CO2 emissions and reduce the pollution, which is the future trend of fossil plants in the world. The state-of-the-art and foreground of high-parameter fossil plants are introduced in this paper. The development status of the materials for HP-IP rotor, which is the key component of the plant and its forming and manufacturing technology are also described.
