摘要
本文就立铣刀前角对刀具最大应力和最大变形的影响作了有限元数值计算,给出了应力、变形随前角变化的关系曲线。这种单因素分析方法可为其他关键参数分析所借鉴,也为多因素分析及刀具几何参数优化设计提供依据。
The finite element computation is conducted, which reflects the effects on the maximum stress and strain of the end mill by rake angle, and the relation curves of the stress and strain according to rake angle are given. The single - variable - analysis - method can be used for reference by other key parameters analysis, and can also afford bases to more - variable - analysis and optimal design of geometrical parameters.
