PBC-AIH overlap syndrome is an autoimmune liver disease between AIH （autoimmunehepatitis） and PBC （primary biliary cirrhosis）. To investigate the characteristic of the PBC-AIH ovedap syndrome, we have conducted a retrospective study of 12 diagnosed ovedap syndrome patients and compared them with typical PBC and AIH on the basis of clinical, biochemical, serological and histopathological findings.
