摘要
采用联合国粮农组织(FAO)推荐的磷化氢(PH3)抗药性测定方法和击倒试验方法,测定了谷蠹Rhyzopertha dominica(Fbricius)、赤拟谷盗Tribolium castaneum(Herbst)、锈赤扁谷盗Cryp-tolestes ferrugineus(Stephens)和土耳其扁谷盗C.turcicus(Grouville)4种储粮害虫,26个品系成虫的抗药性.结果表明:9个谷蠹品系,抗性品系7个,占78%,最强抗性品系的Rf为596倍,LC50为3.28 mg/L,该品系10头成虫全部被击倒的时间(KDT100)为2 785 min;赤拟谷盗有11个品系,4个抗性品系,占36%,最强抗性品系的Rf为449倍,LC50为2.1 mg/L,KDT100为943 min;土耳其扁谷盗有3个品系,均为抗性品系;锈赤扁谷盗有3个品系,1个敏感品系,2个抗性品系,其中广州品系的LC50为40.66 mg/L,KDT100为8 791 min,与敏感品系KDT100(19 min)相差463倍.与前几年国内外的调查结果相比,我国的储粮害虫PH3抗性有明显增强趋势,开展储粮害虫PH3抗性研究和综合治理意义重大.
The phosphine resistance of 26 strains in 4 species of stored grain pests, Rhyzopertha dominica Fbricius, Tribolium castaneum ( Herbst ) , Cryptolestes ferrugineus ( Stephens ) and C . turcicus (Grouville), which were collected in China during 2000 - 2004, were detected with the method recommended by FAO and knockdown method. The results indicated there were 7 resistant strains of 9 R. dominica strains, and they accounted for 78 %. The maximal LCso of one strains among them was 3.28 mg/L, correspondingly, Rf value of it was 596 times. The most KDT100 of it was 2 785 min. Among the 11 strains of T. castaneum, there were 4 resistant strains which accounted for 36% .The maximalLCso of one strains among them was 2.1 mg/L, the Rf value of it was 449 times .The KDT100 of it was 943 min. There were 3 strains of C. turcicus which were all resistant to phosphine. Among 3 strains of C. ferrugineus, there were 2 resistant strains and 1 susceptible strain. The highest KDT100 of the resistant strains was 8 791 min, and was 463 times of susceptible strains (KDT100 = 19 min) .The survey results revealed that the phosphinc resistance in stored grain pests in China was showing a visible tendency to increase, comparing with the former investigation results. Therefore, it is significance to study the management of phosphine resistance of stored-grain pests in the future.
