摘要
从知识转移的过程模型出发,通过对知识转移的分析,将知识转移的影响因素划分为:所转移知识的性质、知识发送方的传递动机和表达(传递)能力、知识接收方的接收动机和学习(吸收)能力、知识发送方与知识接收方的知识相容性、知识转移的媒介和传输途径等。在此基础上,为企业开展有效的知识管理提供建议。
Beginning with the processing model of knowledge transfer, this paper analyzes knowledge transfer in terms of five influential factors: nature of knowledge to be transferred, motivations of transfer and expression of the source, motivations of knowledge reception and the capacity of the reception, knowledge compatibility between the source and reception, medium of transfer and its channel. Then the paper gives some suggestions on how to carry an effective knowledge management for corporations.
