摘要
哺乳动物细胞核移植由于影响因素复杂,目前成功率仍很低,还存在很多困惑之处。本文就供核细胞的种类、分化程度及其所处细胞周期、受核胞浆、核质相互作用、供体核与受体卵子细胞周期的同期化、核重排、基因印记、核移植技术和培养条件等方面分析影响核移植成功率的因素。
There are a lot of quandaries in nuclear tranfer. Many factors affect the efficiency of nuclear transfer. We tried to analyse the factors such as the sort and the optimum cell cycle of the donor cell, the cytoplasm of the receiver, the nuclear reprogramming and the genomic imprinting of the reconstructed oocytes.
