摘要
目的分析陈旧性槌状指畸形的手术疗效。方法对41例陈旧性槌状指畸形患者行手术治疗,根据损伤的不同类型,选择相应的手术方法。结果按Dargen功能评定方法,手术结果为优29例,良8例,可4例。结论早期采用外固定或内固定积极治疗,适当的手术方法、足够长时间和牢固的术后固定,是取得良好疗效的保证。
Objective To analyze the effect of surgical correction of chronic mallet finger deformity. Methods Forty-one patients with chronic mallet finger deformity were performed different surgical methods according to the types of injury. Results Mallet finger deformities were corrected in all the patients. There were 29 patients with excellent results, eight with good results, and four with fair results according to Dargen function scoring. Conclusion Internal fixation or external fixation of the forepart, appropriate surgical method and firm postoperative fixation with enough time are important for surgical correction of chronic mallet finger deformity.
