摘要
本文根据东北、华北500kV线路电气事故的调查结果,分析了两地区污闪及雷害事故的特点,并提出了相应的预防措施及急待开展的科研课题。文中特别强调了在大环境污染日趋严重的情况下准确测定环绕工业区、乡镇企业及近海的农业地区和盐碱地区的污秽等级和适当加强通过这些地区的500kV线路的绝缘水平的重要性和紧迫性。
The characteristics of failures caused by pollution and Lightning on the Northeast and North China are analysed, based on the investigation of 500kV transmission line electrical failures in these areas. The relevant preventive measures and the urgent research topics are proposed. This paper especially emphasises the importance and urgency of determining pollution grade of saline area and agricultural area surrounding industrial centres, enterprises in villages and towns or area near the sea, and of appropriately improving insulation level of 500kV lines which pass these areas.
