摘要
目的观察阿维A对重症银屑病的疗效与毒副作用。方法选择38例重症银屑病患者作为观察对象，应用阿维A胶囊30mg，1次／d，口服。待病情好转或皮肤损害消失后，逐渐减量至10-20mg／a，维持治疗2-4周，共用药8周，评价疗效。结果治疗后发热等全身症状消失，皮肤损害逐渐好转或恢复正常，38例中治愈12例，显效17例，有效9例。结论阿维A对重症银屑病有显著疗效，且毒副作用轻微。
Objective To discuss the curative effect and toxic effect of AW- A to treat psoriasis.Methods 38 cases of such patient were treated with AW - A 30 mg per day taking orally and then dosage reduced to 10 - 20 mg per day after turning better or skin lesion disappearance thus to maintain the 2 - 4 weeks with the course of 8 weeks. The effects were assessed. Results The symptoms disappeared and skin lesion recovered after treatment. There were 12 cases healed, 17 cases excellent, 9 cases effected. Conclusion This drug might have obvious curative effect and slightly side effect to treat the psoriasis.
