摘要
企业实施闭环供应链模式下双源库存管理存在许多困难和障碍,假设只有一个再制造工厂来接收逆向物流产品并进行改造,构建闭环供应链双源库存控制策略模型,给出了求解最优订货控制库存量的计算方法,为企业实施双源库存控制策略提供思路.
There are many difficulties and obstacles of enterprises carrying out double source stock management under closed-loop supply chain. This article supposed just one remanufacture to receive the reverse products that to be remaked, constructed the double source stock control strategy model of closed-loop supply chain, and concluded the calculating ways of the best order control, giving train of thought for enterprises to carrying out double source stock control strategy.
