摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定止泻片中穿心莲内酯含量。方法：采用高效液相法，色谱柱为C18柱，流动相为乙腈：水（35：65），流速1.0ml／min，检测波长为225nm。结果：在2．31～9．10μg线性范围内。穿心莲内酯的线性关系良好，平均回收率为100.26％。结论：方法简便、灵敏、准确、样品处理简便易行，可作为穿心莲制剂中的质量控制方法。
Objective：To determine the content of Andrographolide in Zhixiepian by HPLC. Methods： We used HPLC method, with C18as the chromatographic column and CH3CN：H2O as the mobile phase （35： 65） with the flow rate of 1.0ml/min and the wavelength of 225nm. Results： Good linearity was obtained in the range of 2.31～ 9. 10μg, The linear regression equation is y = 138638.80x - 38785.82 and RSD 0.74%. The average recovery could reach 100. 26%. Conclusion：The method is proved to be simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used in the determination of Andrographolide in Zhixiepian.
