摘要
在中小功率场合,半桥拓扑因为其简单性而受到广泛应用。软开关技术可以降低开关损耗,提高效率和功率密度。该文总结和归纳了软开关半桥电路的4种控制策略,提出了其中的一种新型的控制策略。对4种控制策略进行了综合比较,为具体应用场合选择提供了依据。研制了一台48V输入、1V/30A输出、开关频率为230kHz的DC/DC变流器样机用来验证提出的新型软开关半桥控制策略,其满载效率在80%以上。实验结果表明,提出的新型软开关控制策略具有较高的工程应用价值。
In low and medium power applications, the half-bridge topology is well used for its simplicity. Soft-switching technique can help improve the efficiency and power density of the converter by reducing switching losses. Four types soft-switching control schemes including a novel one for half-bridge topology have been summarized and analyzed. Comparisons on these four control schemes have been presented to help select appropriate control sheme under different condition. A 230kHz DC/DC prototype of 48V input, 1V/30A output is built up to verify the proposed control scheme for soft-switching half-bridge. The conversion efficiency at full load is above 80%. The experimental results show that the proposed control scheme is very promising for practical applications.
