摘要
在传统的单级内环流反应器的基础上,对导流筒进行了改进,发展了一种新型多级环流反应器。研究了表观气速、开孔率、反应器底部结构等操作参数对整体平均气含率、局部气含率以及各级环流液速等流体力学行为的影响,从而确定了反应器的最佳结构。文中提出的新型多级环流反应器在石油化工、生物化工和环境工程等多个领域有广泛的应用前景。
A specially designed multi-stage loop reactor was proposed. The draft tube was made in several stages spaced by a number of holes drilled at different longitudinal positions on the wall of draft tube. hi this way, the liquid flow possesses a special feature that the small local loop flows around individual stages were formed and superimposed on the overall loop flow around the draft tube, leading to a multistage flow pattern and more uniform distribution of the local gas hold-up. The effects of the superficial gas velocity, the opening fraction of the holes of the draft tube and the bottom shape on the hydrodynamic structure of the draft tube was detemlined. behaviors were experimentally studied and the suitable structure of the draft tube was deternlined.
