摘要
利用SAS软件中二水平设计和响应面分析法较系统地研究了谷氨酸棒杆菌(Corynebacterium glutamicum)精氨酸发酵培养基,得到了精氨酸产量在一定条件下随硫酸铵、玉米浆、磷酸二氢钾的变化规律,并根据分析结果优化了发酵培养基,产量可提高近64%。
The optimum medium for Corynebacterium glutamicum ZH-03 was systematically studied with SAS system. Firstly,the prime factors affecting L-arginine yield were selected by means of Plackett-Burman design ; secondly , the prime factors were optimized by response surface analysis. Under the optimum level determined,the yield increased by 64%.
