摘要
目的探讨女性不孕患者子宫卵巢动脉血流与正常人的差别。方法经阴道彩色多普勒超声对50例女性不孕症患者与50例健康正常育龄妇女的子宫卵巢动脉血流对比观察。结果不孕症患者子宫卵巢动脉血流纤细、稀少,且动脉阻力指数明显高于正常。结论子宫卵巢动脉血流灌注不足是造成不孕症的一个重要因素。
Objective To discuss the difference of uterine and ovary blood flow between infertility and normal women. Methods The uterine and ovary blood flow of 50 infertility patients and 50 normal women were examined with Transnational Color Doppler Sonography. Results The results showed the blood flow of the infertility patients were thinner than that of normal women, and RI was higher. Conclusion The lack of uterine and ovary blood flow may be a factor contributing to infertility.
