热带海洋大气环境中钢腐蚀异常原因分析 被引量:23

摘要 采用Q235钢和C or-TenA钢在中国海南万宁市离海边不同距离进行不同暴露时间、朝向和不同样品表面状态的大气暴露试验,用SEM和X射线衍射对锈层和腐蚀产物进行分析,结果表明:万宁站长期暴露钢的大气腐蚀出现的所谓“异常”现象正是高湿热海洋性大气腐蚀性特征的反映。其产生原因是:在高湿热、高日照、强辐射强度和高C l-浓度的综合作用下,使建立起来的锈层,随时间的推移起加速腐蚀作用造成的。决定钢大气腐蚀的主要环境因素是湿热气候和C l-浓度。 The steels of Q235 and Cor-TenA were exposed at Wanning site located in Hainan province of China. Samples were tested with different orientation, surface state, time, perieds and distance to the sea. The corrosion products were tested with SEM and X-ray diffraction. It was proved that the ahnnrmality of steels long-term corrosion at Wanning site is in fact the corrosion characteristics of hot and humid seashore atmosphere. The main reasons were, the acceleration function of corrosion products formed in hot and humid, hmg time of sunshine, high intensity of solar radiation and high concentratian of C1^-. The key fantors determining the atmospheric corrosion of steel in this environment were hot and humid weather and the concentration of C1^-.
