摘要
结合CAD与仿真技术在计算机系统中建立一个反击式破碎机虚拟设计环境。在设计过程中建立反击式破碎机零部件的三维几何模型与有限元模型,应用动力学仿真对零部件进行性能分析。利用仿真分析的结果对设计进行修改优化,可以缩短设计开发时间,节省开发费用。
By taking advantages of the technology of CAD and simulation, a virtual design environment for the impactcrusher was established in computer. In the design process for the impact-crusher, the three-dlmensional geometrical models and finite-element models of the parts were set up and the performances of the parts were analyzed by kinetic simulation. With the results of simulation, the design could be optimized, the period of development could be shortened and the cost could be lowered.
