摘要
以低速走丝电火花线切割机为研究对象,提出了基于DMC3000运动控制卡的低速走丝运动控制系统的硬件体系结构,重点分析了运动控制的实现方法。该运动控制系统实现了低速走丝电火花线切割加工中4轴联动控制的需求,并经反复调试,很好地解决了该系统运动控制精度要求高、控制轴数多等技术难点。
Researching low speed wiring electro discharge machine(LSWEDM), this paper proposes a hardware architecture of motion control system of LSWEDM based on DMC3000 motion control card, and focuses on analysis for the methods of motion control. This system, which can well solve difficult problems in technique such as higher precision for machine motion control and excessive axes after repeating debugging, meets the needs of four-axis control in LSWEDM.
