摘要
对近年来溶菌酶分离纯化的方法,如离子交换法、色谱法、膜处理技术、反胶团萃取法、亲和层析等进行了综述,并讨论了分离纯化方法的应用前景。
Recent research progresses on the purification and separation of the lysozyme were reviewed, such as ion - exchange chromatography, ultrafiltration, reversed micellar extraction, affinity- based bioseparation and so on. At the same time, development prospects of ways of the purification and separation of the lysozyme were discussed.
