摘要 职业教育作为一种教育类型,有着不同于普通教育而富含职业教育根本属性的类型特征,这正是职业教育学的基本内涵。这些类型特征至少包括:基于多元智能的人才观、基于能力本位的教育观、基于全面发展的能力观、基于职业属性的专业观、基于工作过程的课程观、关于行动导向的教学观、基于学习情境的建设观、基于整体思考的评价观、基于生命发展的基础观、基于技术应用的层次观、基于弹性管理的学制观。 Vocational educaion, as a type of education, has its type characteristics different from other education. This is also the essential connotation of vocational education. Its type characteristics include: based on talent view multi-intelligence, the ability-oriented education idea, the all-around development view of ability, the vocation-characterized professional view, curricula view based on working process, the action-oriented view on teaching, the idea of construction based on learning situation, the assessment view based on total thinking, the view of learning base fitting for life development, the idea of learning level based on technology applicaion and the educational system idea based on the elastic management.
