急性胰腺炎时血糖、胰岛素、C肽、胰高糖素、生长抑素等水平紊乱,揭示急性胰腺炎破坏胰岛内分泌细胞,使内分泌激素分泌异常,监测内分泌激素的水平,可以判断胰岛内分泌细胞破坏程度和功能。
The disorder of hlood glucose, insulin, C-peptide , glicentin and growth hormone release inhibiting hormone in acute panereatitis indicate the endocrine hormone parasecretion caused by the destroyed endocrine cell because of acute inflammation . To monitoring the level of endocrine hormone can judge the pancetic island＇s endocrine function and severity of cytoclasis.
