摘要
根据齿轮传动的设计特点,改变传统的设计方法,提出主动摩擦学设计的基本方法,以此可以主动控制工程中齿轮传动的摩擦、磨损和润滑问题,控制齿轮传动的寿命,进而达到控制传动精度。
Design characteristic of gear-driven was summarized,and design method of gear-driven was transformed. A basic method on initiative tribology design was put forward. Therefore,friction, wear and lubrication may be forwardly controlled for gear-driven in the engineering, the life of gear-driven can be forecasted, and driven precision can be accurately controlled.
