摘要
模具冷却系统对于塑件的质量和生产效率有着重要的影响。利用精密铸造的方法可以获得任意布置冷却水道的模具,达到最佳的冷却效果。现在快速样件和冷却系统优化分析的基础上,用锌基合金石膏型铸造的方法对内置任意布置冷却水道的塑料模具镶块进行了试制,取得了满意的效果。
Cooling system of plastic mould can greatly influence the product quality and production efficiency. Optional-laying cooling water channel in the mould could be obtained by precision casting, and optimal cooling effect could be achieved. On the basis of rapid prototype and analysis on cooling system optimization, zinc base alloy plaster casting method was applied to the manufacture of insert blocks of plastic mould with inner optional-laying cooling water channel.
