摘要
利用羧基的给电子性及其二齿配体功能,与铝、锆原子能形成氧络桥连结构,制备了一种作为皮革染色助剂用的偶联型表面活性剂。得到较佳的反应条件为:第一步反应在溶剂水与甲醇摩尔比为1∶9中进行,70℃下反应60 min;第二步反应在丙二醇中进行,70℃下反应90 min。利用红外光谱对其结构进行简单表征,还对其性能进行了测定,用分光光度法对加入表面活性剂前后染料的吸收曲线进行了测定。
A coupled surfactant used as leather dyeing accessory was prepared base upon the electron donor property as well as the Al and Zr atom complexing capability of carboxyl group. The suitable conditions for the preparation were identified. The first step reaction is to be carried out in a medium composed of water and methanol with mole ratio of 1 : 9 and under 70℃ for 60 min. The second step reaction is to be carried out in a medium of propylene glycol, under 70℃ for 90 min. The performance and structure of the product were characterized by IR spectra and spectrophotometer. The absorption of dyestuff before and after the use of the coupled surfactant was measured.
