摘要
将210只体重相近的21龄健康AA肉公雏随机分为5组。每组6个重复,每重复7只鸡,分别饲喂以可消化氨基酸为基础配制的苏氨酸水平分别为4.9,5.5.6.1,6.4和6.7g/kg的日粮,探讨不同苏氨酸水平对肉仔鸡生长性能、血清生理生化指标和免疫机能的影响,以确定4~6周龄肉仔鸡日粮中苏氨酸的需要量。结果表明,日粮苏氨酸水平显并影响肉仔鸡增重速度和饲料转化率,以生长性能为指标确定的苏氨酸水平为6.1g/kg,Thr/Lys为70/100;超量添加苏氨酸可显著提高肉仔鸡的细胞和体液鱼疫功能。
The study aimed to investigate the effects of different dietary threonine (Thr) levels on the growth performance,serum physiological and biochemical parameters and immune function of broilers and to determine the requirement for dietary Thr for broilers at 4 to 6 weeks. Two hundred and ten 21 day aged AA broilers were randomly allocated to 5 dietary treatments with 6 replicates of 7 male chicks. Diets Thr were formulated on basis of digestible amino acids. Dietary threonine levels in the control and 5 treatment groups were 4.9,5.5,6. 1,6, 4 and 6.7 g/kg respectively. The results showed that broilers achieved the best growth performance (ADG,F/G) when dietary threonine leves was 6.1 g/kg (the ration of Thr : Lys was 70 : 100) in this study. The addition of Thr improved the growth performance and decreased feed/gain;immune function was significantly improved by diets Thr levels,and with the increase of the levels of Thr,the responses of immune system took on the trend of rise.
