摘要
采用二次合成法合成了不同PMS/PZN比例的PMS-PZN-PZT系压电陶瓷,并研究了不同的PMS/PZN比例对所研究体系压电陶瓷显微结构和性能的影响。当PMS/PZN等于0.285时,性能最优:机电耦合系数、压电常数、机械品质因数、介电损耗及居里温度分别为0.594、290 pC/N、1 084、0.003 8、350℃,继续对其进行掺杂改性,有望用于制备大功率的压电变压器。
A serials of PMS-PZN-PZT piezoeeramie samples with different PMS/PZN ratio were prepared by multi-preealeine method. The effect of PMS/PZN ratio on the structure and properties of the ceramics were studied. When PMS/PZN ratio reaches 0. 285, the sample has the optimum properties, kp is 0. 591, d33 is 290 pC/N, Qm is 1 084,tan 3 is 0. 003 8, Tc is 350 C respectively. With further modification, the great potentiality of the synthesized ceramic in manufacturing high power piezoeeramie transformer can be expected from the respect of properties it exhibits.
