摘要
近年来学术界对我国货币流通速度持续降低的现象给予了大量的关注和研究,方法和结论各不相同。多数研究是根据经验来确定影响因素的,既不是在某种理论框架中进行,又没有计量模型加以实证,完全是经验的定性分析;有些研究虽指出了影响货币流通速度的各种因素,但不是在既定的理论框架内分析问题,这极不符合现代经济研究的规范。对货币流通速度变动的各种不同解释应该而且可以统一在一个基于微观货币需求和货币均衡的框架下进行,这样做不仅逻辑清晰,而且是以现代经济理论为基础的。
In recent years, the phenomenon of money circulation speed in China with a continuous decrease has been given much concern and study, and methods used and conclusion drawn are rather different. Most study was based on experience to determine influencing factors, neither conducting it in some theoretical framework, nor giving practical analysis with quantatitive models, totally qualitative analysis based on experience; some study has pointed out various factors influencing money circulation speed, but not making an analysis in a given theoretical framework, which is totally not complying with the norm of modern economy study. Different explanations for money circulation speed variation should and can be unified in one framework based on the micro-money demand and money equilibrium, which is to be done not only with a clear logic but also on the basis of modern economv theory.
