偏最小二乘紫外分光光度法同时测定萘,1-甲基萘和蒽

摘要 用偏最小二乘法(PLS)进行校正和预测,不经分离同时测定了混合体系中的萘,1-甲基萘和蒽。萘,1-甲基萘和蒽的浓度分别在0~28mg/L,0~40mg/L和0~40mg/L的浓度范围服从比耳定律。对合成样品中这三种组分进行分析,结果令人满意。 The partial least squmes regression(PLS) is applied to the resolution of DATA for ultravioloet spectrophotometry to determine simultanously naphthalene and l-methly naphthalene and anthracene in the mixtures which needn't be separeted.The results showed that Beer's law is obeyed within the concentrations range of 0~28 mg/L naphthalene and 0~40 mg/L 1-methly Naphthalene and 0~40 mg/L anthracene.The interference of serious overlapping spectra for UV spectrophotometric determination of these three substances can be overcome by using PLS.The method has been successfully applied to the analysis of composed sample with satisfactory results.
