摘要
复旦大学附属中山医院针对急诊综合楼存在标识不清、电梯拥挤、流程不合理三个突出问题,院领导多次到现场论证研究问题症结所在。通过分析找出造成上述矛盾的主要原因,采取改进门诊流程和标识系统,调整科室楼层布局和合理配置电梯等资源等措施,有效地解决了这些矛盾,给患者就诊提供了方便。
Managers of Zhongshan Hospital of Hehai University deal with disordered labels, lift and service procedure in emergency department. Hospital directors discuss the problems time and time. In the end, they improved outpatient procedure and label system, adjusted department distribution and collocated lifts in emergency department by focus on key factors. All these methods improve outpatient services greatly and convince patients.
