摘要
目的:探讨细菌性阴道病(bacteria l vag inos is,BV)BV蓝快速检测在临床中的应用价值。方法对340例阴道分泌物标本平行进行Am se l法[1](颜色和性状观察、胺试验、pH值和镜检线索细胞)、两种BV蓝快速法检测。以Am se l法合并革兰染色法为扩大了的金标准,评价BV蓝快速检测法的临床应用价值。结果BV蓝快速检测法A与Am se l法结合涂片革兰染色法在临床细菌性阴道炎检测中无显著差异(A试剂χ2=0.167,P>0.05),BV蓝快速检测法B与Am se l法结合涂片革兰染色法在临床细菌性阴道炎检测中差异有非常显著意义(χ2=14.75,P≤0.01)。结论BV蓝快速检测法是一种新型、简便、快速、经济的方法,可用于临床辅助诊断BV,但是市场上的试剂质量良莠不齐,要认真比对,筛选出好的试剂才能做到真正意义的快速临床辅助诊断,减少漏诊误诊率。
Objective To explore the usefulness of BY-Blue fast detection and evaluate its reliability in diagnosing bacterial vaginal diseases. Methods A total of three hundreds and forty samples of vaginal secret were observed with color and consistency ,followed by exams of ＂clue cell＂, amine test and pH determination ,Gram stain as a gold standard methods ,at the same time, detected by BV-Blue fast detection kit A and B. Results Of 340 samples, 109 （32. 1%） were detected to positive of BV by BV-Blue fast detection kit A, 163（47.9%）were detected to positive of BV by BV-Blue fast detection kit B. The gold standard was found to have 114（33.5%） cases. There was not significantly that the differences of positive rate between the gold standard （Amsel） and BV-blue kit A （x^2= 0.167,P〉0. 05）,but there was obviously significantly that the differences of positive rate between the gold standard （Amsel） and BV-blue kit B （x^2= 14.75,P≤0. 01）. Conclusion The technique of BV-blue kit is more advanced than currently used methods. It is a quick and sensitive method for the screening bacterial vaginitis. It will be a reliable symbol of bacterial vaginitis in laboratory. But not all the quality of BV- blue kit is up to grade in market. Should single out the best kit apply to clinical,do level best decrease false positive and false negative.
