摘要
密云水库作为北京市的地表水源地,其地位越来越重要。随着人口增加,经济发展,水资源利用冲突日益突现。文章对当前潮白河密云水库流域水资源利用存在的问题进行了系统的分析,并对存在的问题提出针对性的对策,为中尺度跨地区流域水资源合理利用和管理提供借鉴。
With the quit of Guanting Reservoir as urban water supply for Beijing in 1997, Miyun Reservoir is becoming very important as the only surface water source. The demand for water resource is great with the rapid growing of population and expanding industries, and there is an obvious water conflict between up and down stream in the basin. The water issues were analysed and corresponding measures were proposed, which can provide reference for water resource management in river basin.
