摘要
反向阻断型IGBT(RB IGBT)是一种具备承受正反向电压能力的新型器件,以它为基础,本文研究了一种4kW可控相移全桥零电流关断(ZCS)DC/DC功率变换器。本文首先简单介绍了反向阻断型IGBT 器件和这种功率变换器的理论分析,如工作阶段分析和零电流关断的条件,随后给出了在4kW变换器样机所得到的实验结果。
This paper investigate a 4kW phase shift controlled full bridge ZCS DC/DC converter reverse blocking IGBT（RB-IGBT）,which is a novel device which has bi-directional withxtanding voltage capability.A brief introduction of this RB-IGBT and theoretical analysis of this converter such as stage an analysis and ZCS operation condition are presented.Experiment results on a 4kW prototype are given.
