首钢中厚板厂蓄热式燃烧技术的应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 阐明首钢中厚板厂原2号加热炉存在区域狭窄、设备落后和单耗高等问题和应用蜂窝体分散控制蓄热式燃烧技术改造基本内容。利用Fluent软件、热工测试等手段重点研究了加热炉前后流场、烧嘴结构、蓄热体和钢坯加热等内容,研究结果表明改造后加热炉成功应用优选设计烧嘴,具有较为均匀的温度场、加热钢坯温度均匀等优点。并对改造后加热炉进行应用效果分析,结果表明,蓄热式加热炉可实现节能20%,降低烟气有害物排放和提高钢坯加热质量。 No. 2 old heating furnace in the Medium Plate Steel Rolling Plant of Shougang has some problems such as small area, old equipment and high energy consumption. Based on regenerative combustion technology with regenerative material and separate control, the old furnace was rebuilt. The flow field in heating furnace, structure of burner, regenerative material, billet heating and so on were studied by software Fluent and thermal test. The modified heating furnace is effective with optimized burner, to obtain uniform temperature field and billet temperature. The regenerative heating furnace can save 20% energy consumption, reduce discharge of nocuous gas,and improve heated billet quality.
