辛伐他汀对冠心病患者血清sICAM-1和MMP-9水平影响的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨辛伐他汀对冠心病患者可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(solubleintercellularadhesionmolecules-1,sICAM-1)和间质金属蛋白酶9(matrixmetalloproteinases-9,MMP-9)水平的影响。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法和常规酶法测定50例常规治疗组和50例辛伐他汀治疗组冠心病患者治疗前后血清sICAM-1、MMP-9以及低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(low-densitylipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)水平的变化。结果:辛伐他汀组病人治疗5、10周后sICAM-1、MMP-9以及LDL-C水平均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.05),并且均呈逐渐下降趋势。而常规治疗组病人治疗前后sICAM-1、MMP-9以及LDL-C水平无明显差别(均P>0.05)。治疗5、10周后,辛伐他汀组病人sICAM-1、MMP-9以及LDL-C水平较常规治疗组病人明显降低(均P<0.05)。辛伐他汀组sICAM-1和MMP-9水平降低与LDL-C降低无相关性(均P>0.05)。结论:辛伐他汀可以降低冠心病患者血清sICAM-1和MMP-9水平,减轻冠心病的炎症反应,稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块,并且其机制独立于降脂作用以外。
