天然产物在药物发现中具有不可替代的独特作用,基础科学和高新技术使天然产物新药发现进入新时期,优化技术平台提高天然产物药物的发现效率,开拓天然产物发现新领域。有机合成化学扩大了天然产物作为药物先导化合物的可能性。
The natural substance plays an important role in preparation of novel drug. Finding new drug has entered into new period by pulling with the basic science and high-tech： Optimized technology platform improves the efficiency in discovering new drug and in exploiting new field for novel natural substance, and the organic synthetic chemistry is extended the possibility of using natural substance as the precursor for drug.
