摘要
目的:对植物药丝瓜藤进行生药学研究。方法:采用性状鉴定、显微鉴定、高效液相色谱鉴定。结果:详细描述了丝瓜藤的生药性状、横切面组织构造及粉末特征和高效液相色谱法鉴定研究结果。结论:所得结果可为生药的鉴定、质量标准和进一步开发利用丝瓜藤提供依据。
Objective ： To engage in a pharmacognostical study on stem and root of Luffa cylindrica Methods ： The cross sections of root,rhizome, leaf and stem, the graphs were observed by the optical microscope, and it＇s fingerprints were given by HPLC. Results ： Morphological, histological characters of the Chinese folk medicine stem and root of Luffa cylindrica were described and illustrated with line drawing,HPLC analysis of the above drug was also applied. Conclusion： Results of these studies can be used as reference information for further development, quality control, and identification of this crude drug.
