P504S、34βE12在前列腺癌诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高分子角蛋白34βE12和α-甲酰基-辅酶A P504S表达在良性前列腺增生和前列腺癌病理诊断中的应用价值。方法对50例前列腺癌、32例良性前列腺增生(BPH)标本进行P504S、34βE12免疫组化染色。结果P504S、34βE12阳性表达在前列腺癌与良性前列腺增生两组间差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。前列腺癌Gleason评分2~6分与7~10分P504S阳性表达两组间构成比差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论P504S、34βE12免疫组化表达对前列腺癌的病理诊断具有重要意义。
