摘要
寻求既能保证医疗高新技术的发展,并持续改进医疗质量、提高工作效率,又能控制医疗成本降低医疗费用的途径,成为各级医疗机构和医疗保险机构的共同目标。通过对单病种现实意义的认识,探讨单病种的选择原则、测算方法、质控指标及影响因素等技术路线,并提出建议。
Different medical institutions and health insurance organizations aim jointly at seeking an approach which can insure the advanced medical technology to develop, continually improve the quality of medicine, increase the work efficiency and control the overall costs of medical care in order to decrease it. This article addressed the practical significance of the single sickncss payment, and discussed its option principle, measurement mcans, the index in the quality of control and influence factors etc, then gave some advice.
