摘要
采用系统分离育种方法,对柞蚕全茧重和生命力两项主要指标进行平衡选择。经10年12代的定向选择培育,育成了柞蚕新品种“龙蚕1号”。其千粒茧重达11.4kg,产量比对照青6号提高12.8%。结果表明,新品种“龙蚕1号”的主要经济指标均高于对照品种青6号,具有茧型大、生命力强、产量高、增产效果明显等优点。
In separating breeding, two major indicators, cocoon weight and vitality of tussah were selected. Tussah new variety Longcan 1 was bred through 12 generation selection in 10 years. The thousand-cocoon-weight is 11.4kg, increasing 12.8%, compared with CK Qing 6. The results showed that the main economic criteria of Longcan 1 are higher than that of CK Qing 6, including large cocoon, strong vitality, and high yield.
