摘要
为了揭示工质参数对发电机组经济性和环保性的影响,计算了我国目前运行的超临界进口机组、亚临界、超高压、高压、中压发电机组的发电煤耗率、SO2和CO2污染物排放率。用综合评价理论的层次分析法,从发电煤耗率、污染物排放率、单位kW造价等方面对超临界和亚临界机组进行技术经济评价。结果表明:大力发展超临界机组,一方面须尽快实现国产化,降低单位造价;另一方面,须加强环保政策(或市场机制)的导向作用。
In order to reveal the influence of working medium parameters upon economic behavior and environmental indices of the powergenerating unit, and to discuss the technical and economical basis for developing supercritical units in our country, the coal consumption rate of powergeneration(g/kWh), pollutant emission rate of SO2 and CO2 (g/KWh) of supercritical, subcritical (imported), superhigh pressure, high presurre, and medium pressure powergenerating units, which are operating in China at present, have been calculated by using unit consumption theory and exergy analysis method; the technical and economical evaluation for supercritical and subcritical units have been carried out from aspects, such as coal consumption rate of powergeneration, emission rate of pollutants, and construction cost per kW, by using stratification analysis method of the comprehensive evaluation theory. Results show that the energetic development of supercritical units claims localization to be realized as quickly as possible to reduce unit construction cost on the one hand, and guiding function to be strengthened for environmental protection policy (or marketoriented mecbanism) on the other hand.
