钒钛铁精矿制取还原铁粉工艺及改进途径探讨 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了钒钛铁精矿制取还原铁粉的工艺现状,分析了钒钛铁精矿与普通铁精矿还原的差异,结合普通铁精矿制取还原铁粉的情况,并根据钒钛铁精矿的自身特点,提出了提高钒钛铁精矿制取还原铁粉具有产业化工艺的改进途径。认为原料精品化、微波加热制取还原铁粉、将-20μm粒级铁粉部分分出作还原添加剂,是产品定位并具有高附加值的中、高强铁基制品的微合金铁粉的一条可行途径。 The current status of the technology for preparing reduced iron powder from vanadium - titanium iron concentrate is presented. The difference in the reduction between vanadium-titanium iron concentrate and common iron concentrate is analyzed. In light of the conditions of preparing reduced iron powder from common iron concentrate and the characteristics of vanadium-titanium iron concentrate, suggestions on the improvement way for the technology of preparing reduced iron powder from vanadium-titanium iron concentrate that has an industrialization potential are made. It is considered that it is a feasible way to produce micro-alloy iron powder for making medium to high iron- based products that have high addedvalue by using fine raw material to prepare reduced iron powder by micro-wave heating and separating out -20μm fraction of iron powder which is used as the additive for reduction.
